Do you offer reseller discounts?
Yes, we offer a standard 9% discount to resellers.
Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes, we offer the same volume discounts as JetBrains on top of the reseller discount:
- 10 or more 5%
- 20 or more 7%
- 50 or more 9%
Do you require a signed agreement to do business?
No, we don't.
How does the purchasing work for resellers?
When purchasing through our standard purchase or renewal pages, check the "Are you a reseller?" box. You will then be asked for a reseller ID, which we will assign to you. If you do not have one yet, please contact us.
The Commercial Licence must have your client's company name on it. When purchasing Commercial Licences, you will be asked for a company name and a contact email address. Enter your client's company name so that the licence is issued to the correct name, but enter your email address as the contact email.
When the purchase is complete, licence certificates in your client's name will be generated and sent to your email address. You can then forward these on to your client.
Can you send me pricing information?
Our reseller pricing is very simple to calculate. Currently we only offer Commercial Licences through our reseller program. These cost $199 USD, and our reseller discount is 9%. So each Commercial Licence costs $181.09 USD. The volume discounts described above are then applied on top of the reseller discount.
If you want a quote, you can use our quote page to create a quote which will be emailed to you. The quote contains a link you can use to pay when you're ready to do so. You will also need a reseller ID to generate the quote.
Which payment methods do you offer?
Currently we only offer payment via credit card, PayPal or ACH/SEPA/BACS transfer. However note that because of how the licence fulfilment works, if you pay via bank transfer you will not receive the licences until the payment is received. If you are making a large order (60+ licences) you can pay via invoice/purchase order, contact us for details.
What is the deliverable after we purchase on behalf of our client?
The deliverable is a licence certificate per user, a short piece of text which your client's developers will need to copy and paste into their IDE to register Cursive. Installing the licences into the IDE is described in the Cursive Licence FAQ.
